Well since I got this info for some dude on the RP forums I figured I would share it here too, maybe it will help some people out. Oh and I purposely left out Chief...we have only one of those and his name is Vol'Jin!

This is a list of the classes or titles that trolls have in WoW. I did not use WoWWiki but instead went through and researched this on my own using Thottbott to find all the trolls; mobs and NPC's in the game and find their titles. I don't always trust Wowwiki as it has a lot of superfluous and player influenced viewpoint, I wanted only basic facts. So I found all the titles, compiled them and using info on the mob, from the quest, and from RL counterparts have written a small summery of what these titles might reflect. This does not mean what I have written is marked in stone, but I did my best to use only official information as well as leave out my own opinion.

If anyone notices any missing please feel free to reply and I will add them after researching them as well. I do not want titles or classes that do not appear in WoW in this list. I want to stick just with the game as adding things from random books and errata fomr the PnP RPG becomes confusing, clashing, and not representative of the MMORPG.

Hm i stated G'jargo to be a primal due to the info i have from past PnP in the WoW universe. Were it is mostly a hunter / warrior title..
to hear that only the players that share class whit the Npc's listed in thottbot as primals can hold the rank ingame will change things alot for the way that i'am going to play G'jargo.
That is to bad. And regardles of the confuse it might coarse i'am temped to play him to be a primal even so.
I'am not the owner of a scanner so i scan in the books but wowwike has alot of the info from the books on there site, so i'll just link to the page instead.

No no I just used the NPC's in game to find out the classes. All the things listed here are usable by characters in the game. I just wanted to create a list of all the actual Titles that Trolls in WoW can possess. The ones that should remain NPC only I listed, such as High Priest as this is really impossible for us to portray, and there is pretty much only one per loa.

Primals are those warriors who revel in their bestial rage and give into it completely.

That is one of the reasons for it being a warrior only title. SOrry but beastmaster would be a hunter equvilent.

Mreh! You forgot Wilderness Stalker!
[From WoWWiki (http://www.wowwiki.com/Wilderness_Stalker)]

A wilderness stalker uses stealth to slip unseen and unheard through the woods and sneak in close to her prey. Born of instinct among the tauren and the trolls in ancient times, the way of the wilderness stalker has become a set of skills passed from one generation to another - and to the occasional ally, such as the orcs of the Horde. The mok'nathal have also developed the techniques of becoming wilderness stalkers - claiming the wilds of Azeroth, becoming true people of the land.
A wilderness stalker emphasizes thrown weapons as well as bonding with the world around her. Their Alliance counterparts, elven rangers, may be guardians and hunters as well, but wilderness stalkers are true creatures of the wild. They gain mastery over the terrain in which they battle, learning how to use the environment to their best advantage. No one can match a wilderness stalker for her ability to survive in harsh environments. Wilderness stalkers claim that that the lands speak to them, aiding them in their hunting and protecting them.

Though a wilderness stalker excels at closing on unaware prey, she knows that their prey will occasionally sense her before she can get within reach and thus, many wilderness stalkers are also skilled at throwing weapons at a bolting target. A wilderness stalker may move through any sort of nonmagical undergrowth (such as natural thorns, briars, overgrown areas and other similar terrain) at her normal speed without taking damage or suffering any other way.

A wilderness stalker gains the ability to cast a small number of divine spells. Wilderness stalkers call upon the spirits of the land and nature to help them. Their spells deal with hunting and surviving in the natural world. In time the wilderness stalker learns the languages of the animals and trees around her, and may speak with any animals or plants. The wilderness stalker learns to become one with the world around her and blend into it. The wilderness stalker learns how to call upon the spirits of trees for help in battle. The higly skilled wilderness stalker can move entire forests to fight for her.HPG 82,83

[edit] Wilderness stalkers in the worldWilderness stalkers are found almost exclusively among the Horde, as only half-ogres, tauren and trolls teach the abilities. Wilderness stalkers are most often barbarians, hunters or scouts, though many druids and shaman take up the path as well. There are no known arcanist wilderness stalkers on Azeroth. Among forest trolls, many axethrowers learn the wilderness stalker's arts, and many headhunters among jungle trolls become wilderness stalkers. Wilderness stalkers provide a vital role in the Horde as both scouts and stalkers in the wilds. Even the Alliance's elven rangers and night elf Sentinels cannot outwit a wilderness stalker in her preferred environment, nor match the savagery of her attacks. Often a stalker precedes an army, scouting ahead and slaying sentries for the Horde before guiding her fellows through the woods and into the heart of an enemy's encampment.

Wilderness stalkers share a fierce competition with elven rangers. Both groups claim to train the greatest woodsmen and women on Azeroth, and attempt to prove the strength of their paths with almost bloodthirsty fervor. Perhaps the most vicious rivalry exists between high elf rangers and forest troll wilderness stalkers, who add racial animosity to the deal. The rivalry is so fierce between these individuals that both often abandon their duties and compatriots at a hint of a rival's presence. The resulting battles are perhaps worse than most engagements their respective forces see that day.

Wilderness stalkers gain prestige among their fellows. The path of the wilderness stalker is almost always a solitary one, as the wilderness stalker must learn to commune with the wilds about her. Months of training in natural environments face her, testing her skills and resolve. Among some tauren and troll tribes, the wilderness stalker receives a final test, where she is offered either a knife or a waterskin, and is teleported into an unknown, unfamiliar and unkind environment. If the trainee can survive for one month against the odds, she may call herself a wilderness stalker and join her tribe once again. Not surprisingly, few pass this grueling ordeal.

Despite their loner mentality, occasionally a wilderness stalker seeks out the companionship of others, if just for a change of pace. Wilderness stalkers prefer to associate with like-minded types, such as beastmasters and hunters. While the path of a wilderness stalker is a warrior's path, most other warriors are too loud and destructive for the average wilderness stalker's tastes (though some troll stalkers can make even the most savage orc grunt look tame). They also look favorably on druids and shaman, even those of the Alliance, simply for the respect and camaraderie of the world's spirit speakers. Even evil stalkers respect the spirits, or perhaps fear them, and rarely anger a druid or shaman. Most are affiliated with the Horde, and only a few are independent.

Did not forget it, Wilderness stalker is not an in game title.

It is part of the RPG, which although similar is not the same as WoW. The point of this list is that it is specifically titles that can be found in WoW.

Voodoo by its nature is dark. Even if the trolls see it as something good, and helpful, it is overall a malevolent religion. So although it is aiding the trolls, that does nt mean it is harnassing the powers of good.

I mean even a voodoo doll of warding would require things like the bones of an innocent infant, or the blood of a hero. Voodoo in general which is what would be practiced to make voodoo dolls is generally not a nice thing. Don't forget trolls are monsters by our standards, of course they don't think so. But they are monsterous, bestial, and horrific.

Ive had some idea's for batriders for some time..unfortunatly there is no mount but there are still some ways to pull it off..unfortunatly hunter only but it might change in the future

The Horde frequently uses troll batriders, which are light flying units, on reconnaissance missions. Expert at riding and caring for their special steeds — vampire bats — troll batriders are perceptive and dangerous foes. In battle, troll batriders use their flying mounts to swoop down upon enemy targets. When fighting alongside the Horde, batriders are often equipped with blazing torches and fire bombs with which they can set buildings, war engines and other devices ablaze. These trolls wear simple leather vests of deep blue, studded with the teeth of various creatures, covering their lean bodies, leaving their taut muscles of their pale, sea-hued arms exposed. A thick belt around the creatures' waist holds several axes as well as a simple black scabbard with a short but wide sword. In wartime, the Horde sends batriders on missions against specific enemy targets. A well-equipped flight of batriders can wreak havoc and leave a trail of blazing buildings and dead people behind them. When targeting soldiers, batriders concentrate their attacks on lone warriors and small groups, preferring to swoop down on their targets and throw axes rather than engage them on the ground.

the basics description..>.> not much unfortunatly but if your take a bat pet as a hunter you can work around it unfortunatly combat wise..makes it hard but you can have your bat stationed somewhere near the village and the gear is quite possible to obtain wich can vary from deep lbue to black.

sorry for this load of text but hey might get people to try it.

Note that whilst batriders were a Warcraft unit, they were Amani. HOWEVER, bat-riders do appear in Zul'Gurub, and so are obviously appropriate to the Darkspear as well. Also, a number of Burning Crusade And Following towns and villages are protected by Darkspear Bat Riders. Maybe one day we'll get our Bat Mount.... but in the mean time, dress the part! Tsathoggua dreamed of being a bat rider when he was a whelp, because they were the "cool" heroes.
